אוטופיאן ביורו הוא משרד בטייוואן בשטח של 198.51 מ"ר. המרחב היה במקור מסודר כמגורים והוסב לפריסת משרד פתוחה. לאחר התקנת הצנרת, נצבעו התקרה והקירות בשחור, והרצפה רוצפה בלוח עמיד בשחיקה בגוון עץ. גוונים חמים ופרטים ניאו-קלאסיים משולבים עם טון בסיס תעשייתי. חומרים שנותרו מפרויקטים קודמים נעשה בהם שימוש חוזר. הרהיטים אינם מסודרים בשורות מקבילות, וטפט משובץ ותאורה מעצבים את האפקט החזותי.
