About Lumiere Residence עיצוב פנים למלון

לומייר רזידנס הוא מלון בסגנון דירות בן 25 קומות הממוקם במרכז פנום פן. הנכס כולל 166 חדרים, אולם אירועים, חדר כושר, בריכת שחייה על הגג ומסעדה. עיצוב הפנים מבוסס על גישה מינימליסטית מונוכרומטית, כאשר משטחים בשחור-לבן מגבירים את אפקט האור והצל. החללים תוכננו בקפידה כדי לתמוך במנוחה ובהרפיה בסיום היום. אלמנטים של נוחות, מינימליזם וסדר משולבים יחדיו כך שהאורחים יוכלו להרגיש בבית במהלך שהות ארוכה או קצרה כאחד.

Unique Properties: At Lumiere Residence, a 25-Storey Apartment Style Hotel located in the Heart of Phnom Penh City Centre. With an emphasis on personal service and curated setting, this 166-room property is a sanctuary of choice for all to enjoy the elevated hospitality standard with facilities such as function room, gym, rooftop swimming pool and restaurant

Inspiration: The spaces and surfaces are carefully crafted to amplify the effect of Light and Shadow, Black and White, a minimalist Monochromatic design methodology. The interior is dressed up with a monochromatic modernity discipline to aid its dweller in the process of relaxation, and to unwind at the end of everyday. Elements of comfort, minimalism and decluttering. To feel at home, be at home.
Project Duration: The project started in 2017 and completed in 2019.
