שינגהוי הוא עיצוב פנים למסעדה למקום המתמחה במטבח יפני בג'ינאן, סין, בשטח של 1000 מטרים רבועים. התוכנית עוקבת אחר מבנה של גן סיני בשילוב עם אלמנטים יפניים. חדרים קטנים רבים מסודרים כך שנופים ממוקמים ביניהם. כל תא מציע נוף שונה, והנוף משתנה עם ארבע העונות. כל החלל דומה לכפר קטן, וכל תא דומה לבית נפרד. חלונות מאפשרים לאורחים לראות תאים אחרים, מה שתומך בקשר בין אנשים. נעשה שימוש בלבנים עתיקות, זכוכית, צבע אמנותי ועץ.
