"אקדמיית הצבי" היא מרחב קריאה תרבותי המעוצב בתוך חלל מסחרי בשטח 2000 מטרים רבועים. העיצוב נאמן לתפיסה של ספרייה אווירתית, המשלבת את האופי ההומניסטי של אקדמיה מקומית מסורתית עם טכנולוגיה חכמה של ימינו. אסתטיקה מזרחית מנחה את עיצוב החדרים, בעוד ניגודיות, פתיחות, זרימה ושילוב הדדי מסדירים את הפרטים. הפנים השקטים מעניקים לחלל המסחרי תחושה חמימה, המתאימה לקריאה ולמנוחה.
