בלאג'יו הוא עיצוב פנים למגורים שנוצר עבור זוג המתכונן לפרישה בהונג קונג. הבית משתרע על פני 950 רגל רבועה וכולל חדר שינה אחד, ארון בגדים, מטבח פתוח, שני חדרי רחצה וחלל מגורים. תוכנית פתוחה מחליפה את הפריסה הצרה המקורית ומאפשרת לאור היום לחדור מכמה כיוונים, מה שמגביר את תחושת המרחב. גוני עץ כהים משולבים עם ריצוף שיש אפור בעל קווי עורק נקיים. חדר המגורים כולל שלושה חלונות גדולים, כיריים חשמליות ושני ארונות עם דלתות זכוכית ותבנית עץ.

- Open-plan design makes the light ray comes from different sides, increase the sense of space. About the color and materials, designer mainly uses dark wood color, and floor uses grey marble with clean vein lines. Wood and stone elements enrich the visual. In the living room, designer set up a electric stove, also designed two glass doors cabinet with wood pattern, makes warm firewood mood.

- For the spatial planing, we use open-plan to design the house as the original compartment was very narrow and bored.

- Chat more, discuss more, listen more with the client, we can have our own style, but our design is for our client.

- Do you know that Hong Kong is a small place? Already work for a half entire life, finally facing the harvest period. Client couple would like to slow down a little bit, think about the future of life. Therefore, they decided to renovation of their home for future retirement. Learned of this, designer uses a open-plan style, and according to clients' living habit to design the house. Open-plan design unleashes space potential, it brights more different feelings to the visual, broaden your horizons.
