עג'ייל שאנצ'ין ביי הוא עיצוב פנים למגורים הממוקם בוואנינג, מחוז חיינאן, סין. הבית משתרע על פני 360 מטרים רבועים ומאורגן כך שכל קומה נפתחת אל עבר הים. חלון צרפתי גדול בחדר האוכל מביא את נוף הים פנימה אל תוך הבית, בעוד המטבח הפתוח מאפשר שימוש גמיש. ציפויי עץ פורניר ושיש מהדהדים את צבעי המים שבחוץ. המרחבים מסודרים בפריסה משורגת וחופשית, וחדר השינה בולט כלפי קו החוף. סגנון הריזורט המינימליסטי נועד ליצור בית חופי רגוע ואלגנטי.

- In consideration of local weather conditions and environment, residential and viewing needs, and family's life structure, the project sets spacious living room, bedrooms and balcony, which provide an open view to the sea. The design is intended to create an elegant space that fits into a beachside lifestyle, from the perspectives of storage, health, happiness, techniques, convenience and intelligence, so as to provide occupants with an artistic, comfortable travel experience.

- The design adopts a minimalist resort style, highlighting a strong regional feature.
The spaces are organized in a freely staggered manner, and the bedroom protrudes towards the sea. The design makes sure that each floor embraces a wonderful view of the ocean.
