About Citystars Heliopolis מתחם קמעונאות רב-שימושי
סיטי סטארס הליופוליס הוא מתחם קמעונאות רב-שימושי במצרים, שנפתח לראשונה בשנת 2004. המתחם נמצא בתהליכי שיפוץ, עם שטח רצפה כולל של 250,000 מטרים רבועים. השיפוץ כולל אדריכלות, עיצוב פנים, תאורה, שילוט הכוונה, נוף ואמות מידה של קיימות בגישה משולבת אחת. שמונה קומות משתרעות על פני גוש עירוני שלם. הצורה המעוגלת מתייחסת לזרימת נהר הנילוס. ארבע אטריומים, הנקראים אוריון, אקליפס, סולאריס וסטארפורט, מעצבים את חלל הפנים. מבני הצללה, אגם, עצים ונטיעות מסייעים לקרר את האתר.

- Unique Properties
- Citystars Heliopolis mall is the first integrated mixed-use development in Egypt, opened in 2004. The complex is currently under renovation with a focused GFA area of 250,000 sq.m. The scope included a completely integrated approach to architecture, interiors, lighting, wayfinding, landscape, and sustainability. With 8 levels spread across a city block, the new Citystars celebrates the fluidity of the Nile using a dramatic form and state-of-the-art materiality and technology.
- Inspiration
- The design language is biophilic, sinuous, comfortable and relaxing. Papyrus, lotus and water plant architectural forms are interpreted into supersized experiential features and way-finding markers. Huge shade structures, a show lake, trees and planting provide essential cooling. The mall interiors comprise 4 spectacular atriums; Orion, Eclipse, Solaris, and Starport – conveying a Galaxy of Life theme, with soft curved edges, light, creamy stone finishes, and charismatic lighting.
