בית יוגה הוא בית בר-קיימא המתוכנן כמקלט אדמה סולארי פסיבי. המבנה משתרע על פני 224 מטרים רבועים ובנוי מחומרים טבעיים וממוחזרים. בנייה בעלת מסה תרמית ואוורור טבעי מווסתים את הטמפרטורה הפנימית. פאנלים סולאריים וטורבינות רוח מספקים חשמל, בעוד מי גשמים נאספים ומאוחסנים לשימוש ארוך טווח. גינה אורגנית מאפשרת גידול מזון במקום. הפריסה בת הקומה האחת ברובה ממוקמת באופן חופשי על פני השטח כדי לשמר את כל העצים הקיימים ולפתוח נופים נוחים.

Unique Properties: Earthship structures are intended to be off-the-grid ready homes, with minimal reliance on public utilities and fossil fuels. The building is constructed to use available natural resources, especially energy from the sun and rainwater. They are designed with thermal mass construction and natural gross ventilation to regulate indoor temperature, and the designs are intentionally uncomplicated and mainly single story. Special attention is paid to landscape and visual analysis and the ability to adjust the angle of placement of the building to open the most favorable view prospects.
