גרינוויץ' הוא עיצוב פנים למגורים בדירה קטנה בטייוואן. גלריית ביניים מגדילה את השטח השימושי בתוך תוואי הבנייה המוגבל. אלמנטים של זכוכית וברזל מכניסים אור שמש לכל פינה. מעקות פלדה דקים ומעבר גרם המדרגות מחלקים את האזורים תוך שמירה על פתיחות חזותית. העיצוב מזכיר את גרמי המדרגות מברזל של מנהטן, שם התגורר הבעלים בעבר. החומרים העיקריים הם לוח נסורת, צבע מינרלי מבוסס מים ורצפת קומפוזיט אבן-פלסטיק, שנבחרו בזכות רמת פורמלדהיד נמוכה ונדיפות נמוכה.
