About M Two בית

M Two הוא בית הממוקם בפאתי כפר על גבעה בלימסול, קפריסין. העיצוב והחומרים מתאימים לנוף הטבעי ומכבדים את עיצובי בתי הכפר המסורתיים, לצד אסתטיקה מודרנית. הפריסה עוקבת אחר צורת פאי מסורתית, המעניקה זרימה רגועה וארגונומית בין הפנים לחוץ. מרחבי המשפחה והמרחבים הציבוריים משתלבים זה בזה, אך מתפקדים באופן עצמאי ומציעים פרטיות במקומות הנדרשים. ארבעה אזורי מגורים מאפשרים ליהנות מכל הזוויות של נופי ההרים והים. פלטת הצבעים כוללת גוונים טבעיים של בז', חום, ירוק וכחול.

Unique Properties: Located at the outskirts of a village, the design and materials of the house suit both the natural landscape and respect the traditional village-house designs but with a modern aesthetic. The layout is a traditional ‘pi’ Π shape that gives a calm and ergonomic flow between interior and exterior. We wanted the family and public spaces of the house to blend seamlessly but function independently and offer privacy where needed. Four living areas allow all aspects of the view to be enjoyed.
Inspiration: The inspiration came from the immediate environment. It is on a hill with uninterrupted views of both mountain and sea. It is north facing and perfectly orientated for the sun, light, air and views. We wanted a seamless flow between the interior and exterior so that wherever you are in the house, you would always have a beautiful outlook. With the native landscape as our palette, we used natural colours of beige rock, brown wood, mountain olive greens and blue water to reflect the facing Mediterranean Sea.
