בינחאי סקנד סאב הוא מרכז אופטומטריה בטיאנג'ין. שטח הפנים משתרע על 373 מ"ר ומאחד בתוכו אלמנטים רפואיים, קמעונאיים ואמנותיים. לחזית עיצוב פשוט עם שינויי צבע דינמיים. קשתות מינימליסטיות משתלבות עם הפריסה הפנימית ומעצבות את המרחב. מסלול תנועה ברור מנצל באופן מלא את השטח המוגבל. הקומה השנייה מאכלסת את מרכז הבדיקות, שם עיצוב מרחיב יוצר אווירה שקטה ופתוחה. החומרים כוללים עץ, תקרות מתכת, צמחייה ירוקה, זכוכית ננומטרית חשמלית וספות עור בהתאמה אישית.
