עיצוב פנים לווילה פרטית של גן יו ממוקם באזור המסחרי המרכזי של סוג'ואו, בסמוך לאגם ג'ינג'י ולאגם דושו. המבנה הפנימי של המגורים בשטח של 1,500 מ"ר תוכנן מחדש כדי להפוך את החדרים למרובעים וסדירים יותר. גרם מדרגות נופי מחליף את מדרגות הפינה המקוריות, ומוסיף גם ערך תצוגתי וגם פרקטיות. גג זכוכית עם חיישן אוטומטי משפר את תאורת היום ואת האוורור. נוספו מעלית, חצר שקועה ובאר אור למרתף. גימורים של אבן, זכוכית ועץ תומכים באווירה רגועה ונוחה.
