ארכיפלג עירוני הינו תוכנית פיתוח לרובע עירוני עבור מגרש בשטח של 15 הקטארים במרכז המשנה ג'נרו שבמחוז פוטואו, שנחאי. התוכנית הופכת שטח תעשייתי נטוש לשעבר לרובע מעורב שימושים הכולל משרדים, מגורים ופונקציות של חדשנות דיגיטלית. שטחי מים וירוקים משמשים כתשתית ירוקה המסייעת בניהול הצפות סופות ומשפרת את חיי היומיום בעיר. בניינים ירוקים מסודרים בפריסה מפוזרת ויוצרים תצורה של איים. מתקני שירות עסקיים לאורך ציר התנועה הראשי של העיר מצמצמים רעש והסחות דעת חזותיות.
