אופק מתחת ל-75 ס"מ הוא מרכז יום ציבורי המיועד לטיפול בתינוקות ביישוב כפרי במחוז יילאן. גיל הילדות המוקדמת כולל שלושה שלבים: יילוד, תינוקות ופעוטות, וכל שלב מביא עמו התפתחות חושית שונה. גובה הפתחים בחזית הבניין מכוון בין 45 ל-75 סנטימטרים, כך שניתן לראות את העולם החיצוני מגובה העיניים של הילד עצמו. הבניין משתרע על שטח רצפה של 862.03 מטרים רבועים. אדריכלות מודרנית משולבת בו עם חומרים מקומיים המתאימים לאקלים האזורי, מה שמפשט את הבנייה ומשמר עלויות אחזקה נמוכות.

- Early childhood development encompasses three distinct stages; Newborn, Infant, and Toddler, wherein children experience varying levels of sensory development. To cater to the physical scale of children within each stage, the height of façade openings has been precisely calibrated to range from 45 to 75 cm, enabling the outer world to be visible from their own perspective.

It is essential to address the necessity for establishing adequate facilities in rural areas with utmost priority. This project stands as the first newly constructed public daycare facility in Yilan with a primary focus on infant care, and a mission to provide health and childbirth education for expecting parents and nurturing environments. - משך הפרויקט
- This project located at the intersection of section 3 Yicheng Road and Luan Road, Dongshan Township, Yilan County. This project started construction in April 2022 and finished in June 2023.
