The impact of this research shaped Blueline’s final design—an intuitive, mobile-first platform that ensures accessibility, anonymity, and real-time engagement. These insights have real-world applications in public safety reform, demonstrating how thoughtful UX/UI design can strengthen trust, improve civic engagement, and create safer communities. - השראה
