פורמה (Forma) הוא כיסא המעוצב מעור מעובד בשיטת הבישול הצמחי, MDF ופלדה. הצורה מפרשת מחדש את קווי המתאר של אוכף סוסים. העור מעוצב בשיטת עיצוב רטוב, אחת מטכניקות עיבוד העור העתיקות ביותר, היוצרת צורות מובנות ועמידות. עיצוב רטוב מאפשר מעברים חלקים בין אזורים רכים לקשיחים, כך שהכיסא מספק גם נוחות וגם תמיכה. מידות פורמה הן 560 מ"מ ברוחב, 605 מ"מ בעומק ו-670 מ"מ בגובה. העיצוב מתאים מלאכת אוכפים מסורתית לרהיטים עכשוויים.
