מונטמאר הוא מתחם מגורים הממוקם בגוניו, גאורגיה, על חוף הים השחור. מונטמאר כולל שלושה בלוקי מגורים בני שישה עשר קומות כל אחד, הממוקמים על מגרש בשטח של 10,000 מטרים רבועים. השטחים הפתוחים בין הבניינים מוקדשים לנטיעות ירוקות, כיכרות ציבוריות ואזורים משותפים. המתחם כולל חניה ל-300 כלי רכב. דירות פנורמיות עם מרפסות פרטיות וג'קוזי פונות אל הים. החזיתות מחופות בלוחות אלומיניום מובלטים, וצורותיהן הנפחיות מזכירות צורה של צדף ים.

- Situated in Gonio, Georgia, a USECO listed historical area, the complex rises where the tropical climate of Adjara meets the Black Sea Horizon.
The complex comprises three 16-floors residential blocks, with the open spaces between the buildings maximized for green plantings, public squares, and communal areas. The development includes parking for 300 vehicles.
One of the standout features is the premium panoramic apartments with individual terraces and Jacuzzis, offering stunning sea views. - מידות ואריזה

- The main challenge was translating seaside identity into a contemporary architectural language while addressing structural, climatic, and urban constraints. Coastal conditions, regulations, and density requirements required balancing aesthetics with performance. The solution was a shell-inspired facade and spatial strategy that integrates environment, function, and iconic design.

- Applied architectural research aimed at integrating coastal identity into contemporary housing. The methodology included site analysis, climate-responsive design, and parametric modeling. Data was gathered through environmental studies and urban context evaluation. Results led to a biomorphic facade and optimized layouts. The project enhances coastal living standards and contributes to sustainable urban growth.

- Architecturally, the project represents a harmonious blend of seaside motifs and modern design elements. The facades facing the sea feature a unique structural element crowned by a terrace overhanging the roof. The aluminum embossed sheet material and volumetric shapes evoke the imagery of a seashell, emphasizing the complex's proximity to the sea.

- The project started in 2024 in Gonio, Georgia, and is currently in development. It is located on Andria Pirveltsodebuli Highway, within a rapidly growing seaside urban zone, designed to become a key residential destination on the Black Sea coast.

Panoramic units enhance interaction with the sea, while terraces and open spaces create a continuous indoor-outdoor living experience, improving comfort and lifestyle quality.
