डोंगयी दुनहुआंग एक होटल है जो चीन के गांसू प्रांत स्थित दुनहुआंग में रेगिस्तान के निकट अवस्थित है। इसका डिज़ाइन इस क्षेत्र की पारंपरिक उत्तर-पश्चिमी इमारतों, जैसे स्थानीय मिट्टी की दीवारों और सुखाने वाले घरों (ड्राइंग हाउस) से प्रेरणा लेता है। दीवारों का निर्माण स्थानीय रूप से उपलब्ध मिट्टी से बनी रैम्ड अर्थ (कूटी हुई मिट्टी) तकनीक से किया गया है, जिससे होटल शांत प्रतीत होता है और मानो आसपास की भूमि से ही उग आया हो। स्थल का क्षेत्रफल 41,541 वर्ग मीटर तथा निर्मित क्षेत्र 10,299 वर्ग मीटर है। योजना एक शांत विश्राम-स्थल की संकल्पना का अनुसरण करती है। अतिथि यहाँ विश्राम कर सकते हैं और दुनहुआंग के इतिहास तथा प्राकृतिक परिदृश्य का अनुभव कर सकते हैं।

- The architectural design of Dongyi Dunhuang continues the thinking of the spiritual life of scholar-officials. It draws on the traditional northwestern residences such as the "earth wall" and "drying house" in Dunhuang. The rammed earth construction technique is built with locally produced mud embryos, thus making the building calm." "Hidden" in the overall surrounding environment, as if growing naturally.

- What Dongyi Dunhuang plans is a place that can be hidden from the world and has an oriental aesthetic attitude.
"Hidden" is a unique and culturally significant behavior of the Chinese literati group.
