Rising 1 घर के बारे में
राइजिंग 1 जापान के तोत्तोरी में निर्मित एक दो-मंजिला लकड़ी का घर है। बाहरी हिस्से को एक ही रंग की टाइलों से एकरूपता दी गई है, जो इमारत को सरल और शांत उपस्थिति प्रदान करती हैं। बाहर की ओर बहुत कम खिड़कियाँ हैं, जिससे निजता का उच्च स्तर बना रहता है। कमरों को एक केंद्रीय आंगन के चारों ओर एक निरंतर लूप में व्यवस्थित किया गया है। लिविंग, डाइनिंग और किचन क्षेत्र से आंगन के आर-पार सभी कमरे दिखाई देते हैं। दोहरी ऊँचाई वाला स्थान और ऊँची खिड़कियाँ भीतरी हिस्से में कोमल प्राकृतिक प्रकाश लाती हैं। भूमि का क्षेत्रफल 305 वर्ग मीटर और भवन का क्षेत्रफल 145 वर्ग मीटर है।

- In Japan, where rainfall is frequent drainage systems are typically required however to avoid compromising the architectural design, this project incorporates a carefully considered roof form that disperses rainwater. This approach ensures functional performance while preserving the visual integrity of the building.

- This residence employs a restrained lighting strategy in which ceiling fixtures are minimized except in areas requiring higher levels of illumination such as the kitchen with indirect and accent lighting used to establish a calm and restful atmosphere. By lowering the ceiling heights of the private rooms a clear distinction is established from the double-height living space enabling a diversity of spatial scales to be experienced within a single dwelling.

- To ensure privacy the house is designed in a courtyard layout forming a continuous loop around the central garden.
From the living dining and kitchen area all rooms can be seen across the courtyard through the windows
allowing the presence of family members to be felt at all times.
Organized around the courtyard the spaces are gently connected creating a home that respects a sense of closeness

- The LDK limits the number of windows facing the exterior, and a tall double-height space is introduced to secure natural light. Windows are positioned at a higher level to bring soft daylight into the interior while maintaining privacy creating a bright and open living environment.
