BSG Villas आवासीय विला के बारे में
बीएसजी विलाज़ एक आवासीय विला है, जिसे समकालीन वास्तुकला के उदाहरण के रूप में डिज़ाइन किया गया है। छत पूरी तरह से सौर पैनलों से ढकी हुई है, जो घर के लिए आवश्यक ऊर्जा का उत्पादन करते हैं। छत का आकार वर्षा और बर्फ के पानी को भंडारण इकाइयों में एकत्र करने की सुविधा भी देता है, जो इमारत के मुख्य आधार के रूप में कार्य करती हैं। इस्पात संरचना तीन भार-वाहक आधारों पर टिकी है, जिससे मिट्टी पर पड़ने वाला प्रभाव कम हो जाता है। विला ज़मीन से 6 मीटर ऊपर स्थित है और अपने शिखर पर 23.80 मीटर की ऊँचाई तक पहुँचता है। नीचे बना एक सजावटी जलकुंड आंशिक रूप से काँच के बने फ़र्श के माध्यम से दिखाई देता है।

- The building is a sample of contemporary architecture.The roof of the building is totally covered with a solar panel that produces the energy needed for total energy consumption by the household.Thanks to the roof style, the rain and snow water can be accumulated to be later utilized in the storages which are the main bearings of the building at the same time.The self-contained structure resting on the three bearing bases has a reduced impact on the soil,so allows the soil to enjoy rain and breathe in.
