Txog Dream Builder Primary Function: Kev Tsim Qauv Sab Hauv Ntawm Lub Chaw Ua Haujlwm Loj

Dream Builder yog lub chaw ua haujlwm loj thiab lub Hoobkas ntawm ib lub tuam txhab cold chain nyob rau hauv Chiayi City, Taiwan. Cov qauv tsim raws li Bauhaus cov tswvyim ntawm kev ua haujlwm, cov duab geometry yooj yim thiab cov khoom siv ncaj ncees. Cov ncej hlau loj sab nraud raug muab sib kh20 los ntawm ib txoj kev semi-modular los tsim cov khoom muaj ntau xim uas tau txais kev tshwm sim los ntawm cov thawv ntim khoom logistics. Pob zeb, concrete ua vaj tse, cov phiaj ntoo tsis tau pleev xim thiab cov pem teb concrete ntawm av raug muab sib xyaw ua ke rau hauv ib qho suab paj nruag hauv paus ntawm xim grev. Yam Tshwj Xeeb: This project analyzed the Bauhaus essence of functionalism, faithfulness to materials, shape, and function, less is more and people-oriented. At the same time, freshness, which the cold chain operation system values, is transformed into a new look and break-through design.
Qhov Loj & Ntim: By applying a semi-modular construction method, huge external iron frames are stacked to form a surrealistic sense. The integration for the exterior also used several surface materials in the primary color of gray. The outdoor paints that responded to the representative color of the company show a dynamic aesthetic while linking the dissimilar materials and appearances. Furthermore, lighting arrangements for the two structures and the surrounding environment are carefully laid out to create various styles during different periods of the day.
Cov Ntsiab Lus: Commercial space, Corporate headquarters, Cold chain technology, Retail store, Architectural design, Office
Thev Naus Laus Zis Tsim Khoom: Stones, architectural concrete, spliced unpainted wood panels, wooden grains, modern concrete grinding stone floorings, various indoor eco-friendly paints, outdoor paints, and metal
Kev Sib Tw Tsim Qauv: The corporate base is located in a narrow trapezoidal hinterland in the rezoning area. To avoid the terrain affecting the shape and orientation of the buildings while considering the surrounding scenery, the retreat of the road, and parking space for visitors and logistics vehicles, the designer spent a lot of effort on the overall construction. In the end, the location of factory is moved backward, and the headquarter is rotated with traffic flows and floor plans rearranged.
Kev Tshawb Fawb: Like a giant Rubik cube being placed at the edge of city, the corporate headquarters that built its business on the cold chain is created with vivid and surreal touches. The designer hoped to create a getaway filled with hopes and dreams that joins nature and humanity while showing the aesthetics of creativity. At the same time, the walls are constructed with herringbone wooden grains to deliver smooth while the installation art on the ceiling is arranged in a streamlined manner to imitate the flow of fish migrating.
Kev Txhawb Siab: A new outset for urban development is also the initial point of the enterprise dream journey. With the passion for the hometown and land, the owner of this case returned to the Xinxing District in Chiayi City to create a unique cold chain enterprise headquarter. The designer has created a colorful, dreamy factory that leads the region towards better development by linking the design with various concepts, such as nature and ecology, cultural and creative management, urban visioning, and sustainable environmental protection.
Lub Sij Hawm Ua Hauj Lwm: This project is located in Chiayi City, Taiwan, and is completed in September 2020.
Txheej Txheem Ua Hauj Lwm: The experienced designer hoped to create a design that combines the cold chain industry functionality, value, and urban economic effects with aesthetics. A colorful appearance that symbolizes packaging boxes by modularization is built by drawing inspiration from the logistics and packaging procedures. At the same time, the essential geometric and modular elements, simple linear and bright colors of the architecture echo with Bauhaus concepts of showing functionality.
