Kev Tshawb Fawb: Following in-depth research of the mature smart door lock markets, we saw an unmet demand among users for an elevated standard of security and convenience. Our pursuit led us to develop a solution designed to eradicate concerns related to replication, misjudgment, and privacy breaches. Our goal is to make opening the door as simple as it was before, but without needing a key anymore.
Kev Txhawb Siab: Our motivation stems from the increasing concerns surrounding the cybersecurity of electronic consumer products and the inconvenience of access management. As we addressed these challenges, we realized the potential of applying our semiconductor technology, originally developed for businesses, to enhance security in consumer products. Recognizing that a door lock is the first step in keeping people safe, we decided to start our work here.
