Through a comprehensive review of empirical studies and real-world examples we examined the positive effects of biophilic interior design on employee well-being. The importance of innate human connection to nature and the benefits of incorporating natural elements into built environments. By embracing natural landscape principles and incorporating nature-inspired elements into office spaces, organizations can create environments that support employee well-being and organizational success in the increasingly complex and competitive modern workplace.

Txheej Txheem Ua Hauj Lwm: The workspace fosters a sense of community by providing communal areas where employees can socialize, collaborate, and recharge. These spaces, such as lounge, kitchen, and open flexible layout, encourage interaction among colleagues and strengthen relationships within the organization.
By integrating natural shapes, materials and textures with emphasis on the importance of being close to nature, in one of the most remote to nature areas such as office space.
