This feature makes it suitable for repositioning or correcting assembly errors. In addition, TOOLLESS uses sequential packaging and combines a logical modular assembly process to greatly improve the user experience.
Kev Sib Tw Tsim Qauv: Repeated adjustment of composite materials, and finally find the most suitable hardness, in order to guide users to install quickly, the cabinet uses two-color plates, which can allow users to intuitively distinguish the inside and outside of the cabinet. Through the repeated study of our structure, we have solved its stability problem.
Kev Tshawb Fawb: The installation of traditional panel furniture is more complicated, and professionals are required to arrange packaging without error. Our TOOLLESS cabinet brings the most simple and understandable packaging to users, so that our cabinets can be reused many times. The key technology is its connector, in our research, we tried many new materials and new processes, and finally selected plastic connector, the structure is strong, stable, low-cost, and it is reusable.
Kev Txhawb Siab: "Toolless" also champions sustainability. It allows for repeated disassembly and assembly without causing damage to furniture, which extends the furniture's lifespan and prevents waste of resources.
Finally, "Toolless" refines furniture structures and adopts flat packaging, resulting in improved time and cost efficiencies for manufacturers.
Lub Sij Hawm Ua Hauj Lwm: The project began in November 2023 in Shenzhen, China, and ended in April 2024 in Shenzhen, China, with an exhibition at Paris Maison & Objet Bally in August 2024.
