- Yam Tshwj Xeeb
- A highlight of the design is its layered brand translation and flexible layout. For staff and guests alike, circular sofa modules inspired by beer racks create a focal point in the discussion zone. The ceiling's arc geometry recalls a bottle base, while tank-shaped lights merge form and function. A cap-shaped table with a beverage station anchors social interaction. Two meeting rooms with movable partitions shift easily between lecture, workshop, or party modes. Mobile furnishings and lighting support varied event scales, blending work and social life while enhancing the immersive brand experience.

- The total area is approximately 526 square meters. The layout includes an entrance reception and display area, an open office, two large meeting rooms, several small meeting rooms, a social sofa area, and a beverage/discussion area.
