Design Challenge: As a home art installation, R1 must balance screen display quality with varying indoor lighting conditions. To achieve this, it adopts an anti glare high definition screen, minimizing ambient light reflections to keep visuals clear, soft, and comfortable to view under different lighting environments. This ensures information readability and maintains a serene, refined spatial atmosphere, truly realizing the philosophy of technology hidden in beauty, functionality integrated into the environment.
Research: With a deep insight into the needs of modern users, the design team has transcended the traditional notion of music as merely an auditory experience, redefining it as a multidimensional sensory narrative. This elevates music playback to audible and visible immersive spatial art, meeting the demand of users for refined living and profound emotional resonance.
Inspiration: R1 draws inspiration from vinyl records that carry rich music culture and collective memories. By mimicking the classic form and display aesthetic of vinyl records, it evokes an emotional connection to cherished music experiences of the past. This endows the product with understated elegance, highlighting its exceptional quality and allowing it to integrate naturally into any home setting.
