The space is mostly made of natural wood, environmentally friendly solid wood, using composite flooring, Italian Caeser floor tiles, staircase floor using marble material, artificial stone, and inlaid with metal glass. Through the efforts of the design team and the logistics team, the arduous task has been accomplished.
Kev Tshawb Fawb: Due to the positioning of the community is mainly focusing on the traditional American villa, the spatial structure of the community is quite different from the modern life style of the Chinese people. In order to solve this kind of problem, the designer made creative changes to the space with turning and transforming an originally 600 square meter hardcover American villa into a modern villa of 1000 square meters.
Kev Txhawb Siab: Contemporary simple lifestyle and rhythm, as well as the real needs of the owners, are the source of inspiration for designers. Located in the south of Chengdu, Chengdu Lushan International Community is a well-known high-end villa area in Chengdu. It has good geographical advantages and hardware supporting facilities.
