About iPlant Paj Lauj Kaub
Kev tsim hluav taws xob tshiab tsim nyob rau hauv iPlant lav cov nroj tsuag lub neej ntev ntev rau ib hlis. Kev siv tshuab tshiab ntse siv los muab cov dej uas tsim nyog rau cov hauv paus hniav. Cov tshuaj no yog ib txoj hauv kev rau kev txhawj xeeb txog kev noj haus dej. Tsis tas li, cov ntsuas pa ntawm lub ntsej muag ntse tuaj yeem tshawb xyuas cov av muaj pes tsawg leeg, kev ya raws, thiab lwm yam av thiab cog kev noj qab haus huv thiab, raws li hom nroj tsuag, muab piv rau cov qauv qib thiab tom qab ntawd xa cov ntawv ceeb toom rau iPlant mobile thov.

- Unique Properties
- An innovative water supply embedded system in iPlant guaranties plants life long for a month. A new intelligent irrigation system is used to provide the necessary water for roots. This solution is an approach for water consumption concerns. Also, smart sensors could check soil nutrients composition, moisture level, and other soil and plant health factors and, according to plant type, compares them with standard level and then send notifications to the iPlant mobile application.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- Embedded sensors in this pot could be configured to check the plant and soil status according to different kinds of plants. In addition, a new irrigation system is invented, this plant pot that irrigates plant from the root that is a new approach. Its height is 19 cm and the circle radius is 12.5.

- Production Technology
- IoT technology, WIFI Connection, Intelligent Sensors are the most essential techniques that are used in the iPlant.
- Design Challenge
- Finding sensors for plant growth factors and embedding intelligent components in the pot is the most challenging part of iplant.
- Research
- Many peoples have plants at home or office, but they could not care for them because caring plants need necessary agricultural information and skills. Also, irrigation is a significant concern for ordinary peoples. Plant fertilizer, temperature, environment light, and many other factors should be considered for caring plants.
- Inspiration
- The origin of this idea is given from the Ozon layer. Growing plants' difficulties in home and office by untrained or without agricultural knowledge peoples was our concern to design an intelligent flower pot. Taking care of plants will help humans to have a more delicate environment, better and fresher weather, more oxygen, healthier psychological atmosphere, but not everyone could do it.
- Project Duration
- It started in Tehran, Iran in March 2019 and finished in May 2019.
- Operation Flow
- Sensors check soil and plant status and send this information an electronic board. Embedded software will check this information to a standard level and will send a notification to a mobile application to make the user aware of plant status. All this mechanism will help the user to care plant completely.
