Ova mala zalogajnica na plaži Baltičkog mora u blizini Gdanjska svojom se jednostavnom formom prirodno uklapa u okruženje plaže. Zgrada nudi dva prostora: neprozirni dio s prozorima i potpuno ostakljeni zimski vrt. Prozirna staklena kuća ne samo da nudi neograničen pogled na more i plažu, već također koristi solarnu energiju na pasivan način za poboljšanje unutarnje udobnosti u relativno hladnoj klimi u sjevernoj Poljskoj. Konstrukcija zimskog vrta Solarlux sustavom svojim tankim drvo-aluminijskim profilima omogućuje filigranski efekt.

Unique Properties: This small gastronomy facility on the Baltic beach near Gdansk with its simple form fits naturally into the beach environment. The building offers two spaces: closed and completely glazed in the form of a winter garden, which lets sunlight into the interior and completely opens the view of the sea and the beach. The strong contrast effect of the two components comes into its own both during the day and at night, when the interior of the winter garden is welcomingly illuminated.
The building stands on stilts so as not to touch the terrain directly. It literally floats above the sand
Dimensions & Packaging: The building is about 6 m wide and 18 m long.
1/3 is transparent, 2/3 are opaque.

Production Technology: The structure of the winter garden is made in the SOLARLUX winter garden system in the wood-aluminum construction. Applied thermo-insulating glass has also properties of sun protection.
Inspiration: The building is located in the north of Poland, in a climate zone where temperatures are moderate for most of the year. The winter garden contributes to passive solar energy harvesting through its glazing and to improving the energy balance of the building. In this way, the building not only opens beautiful views of the scenic landscape, but also has ecological advantages.

Operation Flow: In colder periods, the winter garden acts as a large air collector. The heat generated inside by solar radiation is used for heating thanks to the heat pump.
