Knowledge Capsule odabire kratke videozapise u trajanju od oko tri minute koji objašnjavaju teme iz psihološkog savjetovanja. Umjetna inteligencija označava sadržaj oznakama, dok ručna provjera osigurava kvalitetu. Sadržaj se zatim preporučuje svakom korisniku na temelju povijesti gledanja i profila. Antropomorfni asistent vodi interakciju i čini iskustvo opuštenim. Virtualne lekcije omogućuju korisnicima učenje i usporedbu napretka s drugima.
