About Szhk Science and Technology Project Neboder poslovne namjene
Szhk Science and Technology Project visokogradnja je poslovne namjene u Shenzhenu, u Kini. Glavna zgrada visine 250 metara priziva rastući oblik kineskog stabla platane, dok je maloprodajni podij oblikovan poput stabala, a njegovo pročelje odražava lišće platane. Dizajn oblikuje 24-satni krug prostora za život, slobodno vrijeme i rad, s centrom zdravlja zajednice, knjižarom u obliku kućice na drvetu, centrom za igre i umjetničkim centrom. Prirodna ventilacija, perforirane aluminijske fasadne ploče, zeleni krov podija i krovno solarno grijanje vode smanjuju potrošnju energije.
