Rezidencija u Limassolu VI privatna je kuća projektirana kao zgrada gotovo nulte energije. Kuća se otvara prema jugu i prema pogledu, koristeći lokalne klimatske uvjete za postizanje toplinske udobnosti. Bijeli oblik u obliku slova Z pruža zaštitu od sunca i povezuje natkriveni parkirni prostor s glavnim volumenom. Velika staklena površina prozora unosi dnevnu svjetlost i povezuje unutrašnjost s okolinom. Raspored prostora odvaja zajedničke i privatne zone te štiti privatnost od pogleda s ulice. Konstrukcija je izvedena od armiranog betona, a cijela je zgrada toplinski izolirana.

- The aim of this project in Limassol was the creation of an nZEB, bioclimatic house, which is open to the south and to the view, whilst it takes advantage of the environmental conditions in order to achieve thermal comfort. The need for sun protection was resolved by the creation of a white "Z" shaped form, which integrates the covered parking spot with the main building volume.

- The building has a gross built area of 204 m2, and its anti-seismic capacity has been ensured by the use of the corresponding Eurocodes.
