Next Collection je stambeni kompleks projektiran u odnosu na krajolik Green Capea. Zgrada se sastoji od tri neovisna krila smještena na podiju koji sadrži vrt. Krovna terasa koristi se kao društveni prostor s restoranom, barom i bazenom. Raspored krila omogućuje jasan protok između apartmana i vrta na podiju. Enterijer slijedi minimalistički pristup s nautičkom temom i smirenom paletom boja. Dizajn kombinira organske oblike s okolnom topografijom.
