Adam je chatbot platforma za instant poruke i online zajednice. Adam kombinira tehnologiju trenutne komunikacije s uslugom pitanja i odgovora temeljenom na umjetnoj inteligenciji kako bi podržao društvenu, gaming, live streaming, medicinsku i obrazovnu primjenu. Osigurana je stopa isporuke poruka od 99,99 posto. Funkcija zajednice podržava interakciju u stvarnom vremenu za velik broj korisnika, uz live streaming, glasovne kanale i podkanale za odabrane teme. Responzivno sučelje koristi jednostavan raspored, jasnu vizualnu hijerarhiju i linearne ikone za mobilne uređaje i web stranice.

Unique Properties: The instant messaging cloud product based on Tencent Cloud's frontier AI technology, combined with AI Chatbot-powered question and answer service, provides an efficient, original communication solution for diverse social chat scenarios. At the same time, this project enables large-scale million-level online community group gathering and vertical interest-based segmentation with a 99.99% message rate. Target customers are from social, gaming, livestreaming, medical, educational, and other fields.

Design Challenge: How to maintain consistency in the interface design in multiple scenarios and provide a coherent user experience is one of the major challenges of this project. The interface adopts a simple design, with clear visual hierarchical layers and layouts to enhance the user experience. The innovative linear icons display functions and information and guide users in their operation. The AI Chatbot plug-ins with animation effects provide users with instant feedback, enhancing the enjoyable interaction.
Research: This project aims to develop an AI Chatbot-powered social interactive platform to meet the demand of young people in the digital era for diverse social scenarios. It enables million-level online community-group interaction, combined with instant communication technology, to ensure a 99.99% message rate. The interface design is simple with a sense of technology, promoting the productization of AI, and catalyzing the digital transformation of enterprises.
Inspiration: The single chat situation fails to satisfy the pursuit of young people in the digital era for design. The Adam AI Chatbot provides intelligent question and answer service that can address customer appeal, including FAQ and customer services in a range of social scenarios such as diverse chat scenarios, community-group-topic, live streaming, and audio to better resolve customers' issues about slow response and access to the product.
Project Duration: The project started in 2024 in Beijing.
Operation Flow: The instant communication technology enables a message rate of up to 99.99%. Together with user experience guidance, customers can experience a product demo in one minute and quickly create a customized AI Chatbot, dramatically reducing access time and improving efficiency. The innovative community-group-topic function includes real-time, million-level online interactive capabilities, such as live streaming, voice channels, and the creation of sub-channels for topics of interest.
