About Glide Vodilica za ladice

Glide je vodilica za ladice dizajnirana za ormariće i ladice. Glide je izrađen od visokočvrstog čelika i plastike postupkom jednodijelnog injekcijskog prešanja. Vodilica se ugrađuje bez alata i bez vijaka. Simetrični moduli vodilica s elastičnim kopčama učvršćuju se u unaprijed pripremljene rupe na bočnoj strani ormarića. Izbočene točke umeću se u rupe i pritišću prema dolje kako bi se vodilica fiksirala na mjestu. Glide podržava i bočnu i donju ugradnju te odgovara ormarićima različitih dubina. Dizajn pojednostavljuje montažu i osigurava dugotrajnu izdržljivost.

Unique Properties: This product adopts integrated molding of high strength steel plastic and innovatively achieves tool free installation of drawer slides. The main body consists of symmetrical guide rail modules, which can be quickly locked with preset holes of the cabinet through elastic clips, removing the screw tightening process of traditional metal slide rails. It is compatible with various cabinets of different depths and supports both side installation and bottom installation.

Production Technology: The barrel body of the product is made of high strength steel and plastic through one piece injection molding. The product undergoes 12 quality inspections throughout the process to ensure that it does not deform after 100000 pull out tests. The snap on slider structure ensures that the drawer fits tightly and pulls smoothly.
Design Challenge: The biggest challenge in the implementation and research process is how to meet the requirements of safety and ease of operation, improve durability, and at the same time be compatible with products of different drawer types. Finally, through continuous refinement of 3D models and sample verification, this innovative drawer slide rail was designed.
Research: The installation of traditional metal slide rails requires professional tools, which is time-consuming and laborious. There are many screws, the operation remains unchanged, and at the same time, the price is high. We innovatively achieve tool-free installation of drawer slides, replacing metal with plastic. This not only ensures safety and ease of operation, enhances durability, but also improves the aesthetic appeal of the product.
Inspiration: Two major pain points of traditional metal slide rails: 1. Installation requires professional tools, which is time-consuming and laborious; 2. Iron parts are expensive and have poor compatibility. Inspired by the connection structure of plastic snap-type shelves, the core concept of using plastic slide rails to replace the metal parts fixed by screws is proposed. Carry out modular design to enable the slide rails to adapt to different cabinet bodies.
Project Duration: The project started in Shenzhen in January 2025 and was completed in Shenzhen in October 2025.
Operation Flow: Confirm the inner width of the cabinet and choose the slide rail of the matching length. Insert the protruding points on the side of the slide rail into the preset holes on the cabinet side, then press down to lock. Pull the slide rail to its full extension, align the groove on the drawer side panel with the protrusion on the slide rail and press down, then fasten the inner buttons.
