O dizajnu Palm 1890 Primarna funkcija: Ugostiteljska rezidencija

Tekst knjige: Palm 1890 je mješovita obalna razvojna cjelina smještena u Alačatiju, Izmir. Projekt objedinjuje stambene jedinice i funkcije butik hotela unutar jedinstvene arhitektonske kompozicije oblikovane egejskom topografijom. Pažljivo stepenasta strategija oblikovanja volumena osigurava neometan pogled na more za sve jedinice, istovremeno podupirući privatnost i prostornu jasnoću. Ozelenjene terase i vodene površine jačaju vezu između izgrađene forme i krajolika, stvarajući mirno i klimatski prilagodljivo životno okruženje koje potiče kontinuitet vanjskih prostora i cjelogodišnju upotrebljivost cijele lokacije.
