About Yanan Monsion Kay Rezidansyèl

Yanan Monsion se yon kay rezidansyèl ak lakou nan Yan'an. Pwojè a kouvri 800 mèt kare epi li te fini nan mwa avril 2019. Wòch natirèl ak bwa se materyo prensipal yo. Chanm separe yo konekte ansanm pa espas kominikasyon pataje, sa ki pèmèt plizyè jenerasyon nan yon sèl fanmi viv ansanm ak yon santiman apatenans ak amoni. Pwopòsyon, aksantyasyon ak metafò bay lakou a karaktè li. Limyè ak lonbraj, relasyon espasyal ak koule ant zòn andedan ak deyò yo kreye yon lyen ant enteryè a ak lanati.

Unique Properties: This case is a complete courtyard. The designer pursues a concise, vivid, interesting and harmonious atmosphere of the courtyard. Dimensions & Packaging: The project covers a total of 800 square meters.
Tags: Interior, Residential House, Modern, Simple, Oriental, Luxury, Courtyard, Yan'an
Production Technology: The main materials in this project are natural stone and wood.
Design Challenge: In recent years, with the continuous launch of Chinese luxury projects, a variety of courtyard projects are springing up. However, due to the land area, planning requirements and various factors of modern people's life style, modern courtyard projects rarely completely copy the traditional courtyard form. Most of the projects are designed by taking the basic language form of the building and combining modern architectural techniques.
Research: The plot of a family living in a courtyard comes from the continuous and living emotional vein flowing in the blood of the family. The rooms are separated from each other, but through the link of communication space, we pursue the most desirable living experience of the courtyard - cohesion, stability, belonging and harmony among generations of families.
Inspiration: For the local culture of Yan'an, including the long history and the contemporary aesthetic, the designer's choice is only the continuation of the endogenous cultural blood, which is to create the Yan'an courtyard to understand the physical and spiritual double value of "Yan'an house", and to combine them into one.
Project Duration: The project started in April 2018 in Yan'an and finished in April 2019 in Yan'an.
Operation Flow: The designer transforms the poetic plot of the interior space into the infinite reverie of blending with nature.
