About Shandong Dongping Kominote Rezidansyèl
Shandong Dongping se yon kominote rezidansyèl nan Dongping, Pwovens Shandong, Lachin. Plan an enspire pa mouvman bann pwason yo. Peyizaj ak bilding ki antoure yo konvèje nan yon peyizaj santral, ki fòme yon espas pataje ki kontinyèl. Tout blòk rezidansyèl yo fè fas sid pou yo ka resevwa maksimòm limyè solèy. Gwo miray rido an vè sou fasad sid la bay limyè ak vi ouvè. Louvre aliminyòm orizontal sou fasad koulwa nò a fòme yon sifas ki pati louvri. Etaj ki dekale yo kreye modèl dyaman lokal. Konsepsyon an ouvri nivo tè a ak jaden syèl yo pou itilizasyon pataje.

- The residential buildings are all facing south to meet the maximum sunshine requirements. At the same time, the facade of the building adopts the design method of landscape on the ground level, which is partially interwoven by transverse floor slabs, forming staggered diamond facade locally, adopting large-area glass curtain wall in the south, providing sufficient sunshine conditions and transparent vision. And the north corridor facade is equipped with horizontal parallel aluminum louvers, forming a partial opening and closing facade, which also echoes with the diamond landscape on the ground.
- Inspiration
- With landscape urbanism as its main purpose, MUDA-Architects understands the city as an ecosystem. The overall plan is inspired by the effect of fish swarm. Applying this natural phenomenon to architectural planning, the surrounding landscape and architecture converge in the central landscape, thus forming a continuous and unified unique space experience.
