About Lexington Hill Sai Ying Pun Fonksyon Prensipal Tradwi: Design Enteryè Rezidansyèl
Tèks Liv Tradwi: Lexington Hill Sai Ying Pun se yon design enteryè rezidansyèl pou yon apatman nan Hong Kong. Plan etaj la mezire jis anba 800 pye kare, kidonk konsepsyon an te ranje pou ogmante santiman lajè a. Pwopriyetè yo te mande yon palèt koulè pi fonse epi li te adapte pou anpeche chanm yo santi yo twò plen. Zòn salon ak sal manje ki gen fòm rektang lan fini an gwo pati ak nyans gri ak bwa fonse. Aranjman mèb la divize espas la an de zòn klè. Yon gwo sofa gri ak yon konsòl televizyon an bwa defini zòn salon an, pandan ke rangman blan ki soti nan planche rive nan plafon make zòn sal manje a.

- Unique Properties
- The owners also had a specific idea in mind when it came to the interior design scheme, opting for a darker colour palette that Yuen adapted to prevent the property from feeling dowdy and crowded, making it perfect for modern day life.
- Inspiration
- Owned by a young couple, the interior design scheme adopted in this sophisticated apartment has cleverly enhanced the sense of spaciousness within, far belying a diminutive floor plan that comes in at just under than 800 square feet. Having approached designer Stephen Yuen and the team from Olezo Design Limited, they expressed an interest in transforming the property to create more room, introducing a cool and contemporary style that suits their busy city life.
