Enspirasyon an te soti nan bezwen ak preferans kliyan an, nan lokalizasyon an tou pre plaj la, ak nan stil lavi prefere a. Soti nan yon ansyen konstriksyon ane 80 yo, yon nouvo kay te fèt. Konplètman rekonstwi, aktyalize, ak modènize, ni deyò ni anndan te sibi yon renovasyon total nan yon stil modèn men ki te respekte ak enspire pa laj ak karaktè kay la. Design Challenge: A very old and depleted house with poor construction techniques previously used. We had to turn it into a beatiful home for a new and modern family.
Inspiration: Our inspitration came from the clients' needs and preferences, from the location just by the beach, and from our kind of favourite lifestyle.
Project Duration: 2 years. Mindelo, Vila do Conde, Northern Portugal
Operation Flow: This rehabilitation is impressive because it transformed a 40 year-old house into a modern though classical beach house with all the comforts of modern life.
