About Baia Bwat Nwit

Baia te parèt nan Shibuya, sant vil Tokyo a, tankou yon kavèn ki sibitman parèt nan vil la. Li gen 5 etaj; yon soubaseman, 3 etaj, ak yon teras sou do kay la, epi konsèp konsepsyon pou tout etaj yo se yon kavèn nan mitan vil la. Konseptè yo te kwè ke sèlman yon konsepsyon minimal ta ka vizualize atmosfè fasan ak egzotik yon kavèn, e yo te kenbe l minimal lè yo itilize limyè vèt emwod ak mòtye ke yo panse ki te apwopriye pou kavèn modèn sa a. Plan limyè a ak limyè vèt emwod fasan yo te ajoute glas nan espas la epi te ede vizualize konsèp konsepsyon an.

Unique Properties: “a cave within the city”
BAIA came into existence in the center of Shibuya the center of Tokyo metropolitan as a cave suddenly appeared in the city. BAIA consists of 5 floors; a basement, 3 stories and a rooftop terrace, and the design concept of entire floor is “a cave within the city.” We believed only a minimal design could visualize the fascinating and exotic atmosphere of a cave, and kept it minimal using emerald green lighting and mortar which we think suited for this modern cave. The lighting plan of fascinating emerald green lights added a glamor to the space and helped to visualize the design concept “a cave within the city.”

Inspiration: We were inspired by the fascinating and exotic atmosphere of a cave. We hope to trigger a chain reaction of positive inspirations by making an appearance of the design inspired by a cave in the very center of Tokyo.
