About Residential Building Fonksyon Prensipal: Konsepsyon Enteryè Ospitalite

Tèks Liv: Bilding Rezidansyèl se yon pwojè konsepsyon enteryè pou yon bilding ki soti nan 17yèm syèk la sou pwomnad lak la nan Ueberlingen, Almay. Bilding an te abrite yon restoran depi 1957. Renovasyon an konsève istwa estrikti a epi aplike metòd dirab. Estrikti sipò ki te egziste yo te restore e ansyen mèb yo te resevwa yon nouvo objektif. Ansyen travès an bwa ak ansiy yo te entegre nan enteryè a. Nyans ble nan zòn ba a reflete koulè lak la, e fenèt agrandi yo ouvri gwo vi sou dlo a.

Research
Old town area in Ueberlingen requires careful handling. Parts of the building belonged to the old city wall.
Inspiration
The lakefront location was central to the design, with the lake flowing into the interior. This was achieved through a thoughtful choice of materials and colors, especially in the bar area, where shades of blue reflect the water’s hues. Floor to ceiling windows offer captivating views, strengthening the connection with the lake. In the seminar area and vacation apartments above, the sensation of floating above the water enhances the visual and emotional bond with the serene surroundings.
Project Duration
The project started in 2022 in Ueberlingen Germany and was completed in 2024.
Operation Flow
The building was to be given a new lease of life without losing the memories of times gone by.
