Design Challenge
The biggest challenge was overcoming the logistical complexities of creating a donation-based system that integrated seamlessly with tourism. Balancing visitor engagement with local needs while ensuring sustainable bike repair and distribution was difficult. We navigated the challenge of limited local resources and community engagement in a small town.
