About Osia Villa Lakóépület Belsőépítészet
Az Osia Villa egy magánrezidencia, amely egy 2800 négyzetméteres telken helyezkedik el, rizsföldekre nézve. A tervezés összeköti a beltéri és kültéri területeket, elmosva a határt a menedék és a táj között. Két terasz jellemzi a villát: egy keleti terasz, amelyet reggelizéshez alakítottak ki, és egy nyugati terasz a második szinten, amelyet esti összejövetelekhez használnak. A pihenőszinten található pergolás ülőhely a meglévő gerendarácsra támaszkodik, és keretbe foglalja a lenyugvó nap látványát. Az anyagokat helyi forrásból szerezték be, a burkolat pedig hulladék gránitdarabokból készült.

- Unique Properties
- A private property overlooking paddy farms spread over 28,000 Sqft of land. The design intends to marry the inside and outside blurring the boundaries of a sheltered home.

- Production Technology
- The materials were sourced locally. The entire pavement for the villa was done in waste granite pieces.
- Design Challenge
- The challenge was to execute the pergola on first floor which was eventually supported by existing beam grid.
- Research
- The site location was a major inspiration for carving out spaces into the built structure. The pergola seating on the recreational floor was carved to create a sundowner spot.
- Inspiration
- The wide views of setting sun over the paddy fields is the main inspiration to form the private deck on the entertainment floor with a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Project Duration
- The project started in Feb 2017 and was completed by March 2019
- Operation Flow
- The design was made in Mumbai and all drawings sent to site to execute locally with regular interval site visits to check the progress.
