A Shenzhen Invison egy 15368,8 négyzetméteres szállodai belsőépítészeti alkotás Sencsenben. A téma az elveszett idő nyomában jár, olyan helyi emlékekre építve, mint a halászfalvak és a tudományos-technológiai negyedek. A lingnani kultúra ipari fémanyagokkal ötvöződik, hogy modern és részletgazdag rendet teremtsen. Az előcsarnokban a téglafalakat egyenletes arányú rétegekben rakták, a helyszínen ellenőrizve mind a szilárdságot, mind a vizuális hatást. A kiterjedt, padlótól mennyezetig érő ablakok természetes fényt engednek a vendégszobákba, és segítenek csökkenteni az energiafelhasználást.

Egyedi tulajdonságok: The design presents the hotel to the public with the image of industrial civilization integrating humanistic care and natural technology to create a brand-new hotel with both industrial sense and modernity, and interpret Shenzhen's urban heritage through a vibrant contemporary design vocabulary.

Gyártástechnológia: The exquisiteness of brick walls is used on the walls in the lobby, where all the layers of brick walls follow a uniform proportion. On the one hand, designers and engineers need to ensure the firmness of the brick wall, and on the other hand, they need to consider the design effect. Each process is carried out in an orderly manner to verify accurate and precise installation on site.
Design kihívás: This difficult project requires a great amount of energy to complete including the arrangement of a sufficient number of brick walls and the sophisticated workmanship.
Kutatás: The hotel is located 30 meters away from the Guanlan exit of Meiguan Highway on the north-south central axis of Shenzhen city. Positioned at the gateway of the Yesun Science and Technology Park with an area of over one million square meters, in which there are many Unicorn start-up enterprises and government major medical scientific research project bases, technology intelligent enterprises, and Fortune 500 companies.
Inspiráció: The design is developed with the theme of "in search of lost time", seeking inspiration from the characteristics of Shenzhen's memory such as fishing villages, science and technology cities, etc. At the same time, it combines Lingnan culture and industrial style metal materials to present a new order form that interesting and meticulous design details can be found everywhere.
Projekt időtartama: The project started in August 2019 in Shenzhen and finished in September 2020 in Shenzhen.
Működési folyamat: The design of extensive floor-to-ceiling windows maximizes the use of natural light, which optimize energy consumption and reduce energy costs for the guest rooms.
