A IT Factory Iroda belsőépítészeti terve bemutatása

Az IT Factory egy irodabelső, amely az ukrajnai Harkovban található, felújított ipari épületben jött létre. Az iroda 4500 négyzetméteren terül el, és éjjel-nappal működik, ezért a munkazónák és a pihenőzónák egyensúlyban vannak egymással. A meglévő betonszerkezeteket és a fém könyökmerevítéseket megőrizték, és a belső tér hangsúlyos elemeiként használták fel. A második emeleten lévő, kétszeres belmagasságú tér további munkahelyeket biztosít, miközben megőrzi a pihenésre szolgáló helyet. Az új szellőztető-, fűtő- és légkondicionáló rendszerek láthatóak maradtak, a belső tér részeként. Az élénk, mértéktartó színes hangsúlyok elkerülik az egyhangúságot.

Egyedi tulajdonságok: The priority was to preserve the existing concrete structures and use them as accents of the interior space.The introduction of bright colour accents helped to avoid monotony and uniformity of spaces, as well as to visually refocus attention during the operation of the premises.

Gyártástechnológia: Renovation of any old premises, as a rule, involves significant alterations of the engineering part. And this is one of the most difficult parts of the entire construction process. It is known that objects built during the Soviet era do not have modern ventilation, air conditioning and heating systems. Thus, the new engineering networks have become an additional element of the space.
Design kihívás: The most challenging in this project was deciding which construction to leave as it is, restorate or demolish. It was a priority to preserve the existing structures so that they could be used in the interior - for example, metal knee brace. But still some constructions required complete restoration - the walls of the second and third floors were built again. Using engineering systems and constructions allowed to create office identity and turn obstacles to advantage.
Inspiráció: The main interest and inspiration for the studio is the very essence of the renovation project - the restoration of an empty space of an industrial building and the embodiment of a new life in it through the introduction of new functions.
Projekt időtartama: Project started in September 2020 and finished January 2021, in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
Működési folyamat: The main factor for the formation of space is office working hours - it is open 24/7. Such an environment has to be comfortable, thus the balance of functional zones becomes as important as it’s set. To create in open space enough working places but save room for resting zones double-height space on the second floor was developed. Choosing a colour scheme the decision was to introduce bright but carefully measured accents, which don't take all the attention.
