Gyártástechnológia: Considering the heat insulation performance and durability performance of the building, the wooden structure mainly adopted in Japan was adopted. In Japan, which is an earthquake-prone country, the structure is so important that the utmost consideration is being given.
Design kihívás: Even if you are planning a densely populated area, it is about securing renewable energy and improving the openness and performance of your home. Moreover, it is important to ensure the privacy of the residents. We will meet the low-carbon demand required for wooden structures and create designs with even higher openness. Furthermore, in Japan, it is a big challenge to create an excellent design while ensuring the strength to withstand the frequent large earthquakes.
Kutatás: In a large connected space with varying angles and heights, the volume of the room is large and energy consumption loss is considered. We will collect data by improving the outer skin performance and heat insulation performance, utilizing sunlight and high-performance air conditioners, and regularly measuring the temperature to see if it can be solved as a zero energy house. In addition, we regularly visit third parties to explore their experiences.
Inspiráció: Since the client wanted a bright and open living space, we will consider securing the volume of the courtyard on the south side and securing light and visual expanse in the living space. The direction of the building is often limited by the shape of the site, but the effect of the three-dimensional diagonal line was obtained by crossing the buildings three-dimensionally in consideration of the angle of the sun and further changing the height.
