A Tasteful House Lakóépület belsőépítészeti terve bemutatása

A Tasteful House egy háromtagú család számára készült lakóépület belsőépítészeti terve Foshanban, 120 négyzetméteren. Az eredeti alaprajzot úgy alakították át, hogy minden helyiség megfeleljen a mindennapi élet valós igényeinek. Az erkély, a nappali és az étkező közötti falakat elbontották a tér kiszélesítése érdekében. Egy 35 centiméterrel hátrébb húzott új fal helyet biztosít egy tábla stílusú könyvespolcnak, amely könyveket és dísztárgyakat tart. A fekete-fehér színpaletta kiemeli a színes tárgyakat. A kétméteres dohányzóasztal egy rögzített, forgatható székkel segíti a szülő-gyermek interakciót.

In addition, the combination of the ceiling lighting creates a comfortable atmosphere.
Design kihívás: The original space is a very traditional plane layout, with fine decoration. The long passage is dim, without natural light, and it is very wasteful, which makes the space utilization rate is not high. In addition, there is no suitable room to use as a cloakroom, large or small, so the whole plane needs to be readjusted.
Kutatás: There is a space between the original balcony and the living room, and the designer's design removes the walls. After entering the door, see the dining room, the sitting room and the balcony have no space between, let the space enlarge. The balcony continues to retain its function, with custom-made potted plants that create a relaxing atmosphere in the summer afternoon.
Inspiráció: The project is located in Jinyu Binjiang, Daliang, Foshan. There are three owners, and the boy is more than 2 years old. The host wants to surprise his wife, so the designer starts from the concept of parent-child interaction to create a practical and warm living space.
Projekt időtartama: The project started in March 2020 in Foshan and finished in January 2021 in Foshan.
