A Dizájn

A Bradco Gyárépület bemutatása

A Bradco egy ipari épület, amelyet óraszíjak és luxus bőráruk gyártására terveztek a portugáliai Castelo de Paivában. A gyár tervezése a természetes fényre épül. A tetőn több tetőablakot is elhelyeztek, hogy a gyártóterület mindig világos legyen a dolgozók számára. A külső homlokzaton a régió jellegzetes kövét használták üveggel és acéllal együtt, hogy az épület kapcsolódjon a környező tájhoz. A nagy üvegfelületek átláthatóságot teremtenek a belső tér és a környező táj között. A projekt megvalósítása 2019 és 2020 között zajlott.

Stone from the region was used abroad to link the building to the territory where it belongs.
Design kihívás: Bradco was a huge creative challenge for EM Paralelo. It was a very attractive architectural project due to its industrial characteristics and for being able to combine a factory in such a beautiful landscape. Representing Bradco in Portugal was a source of pride. Being able to contribute to the growth of the factory and the number of jobs was very challenging.
Kutatás: Bradco industry is an industrial unit in Castelo de Paiva. With the objective of strengthening research and technological development and Innovation, a process that has led, above all, to the increase in jobs, the company of the Swiss business group Brasport activated an investment of more than 3.1 million euros, with financing of more of 1.5 million euros. Company in the sector of manufacture of bracelets and luxury leather goods, in which it assumes itself as a leader.
Inspiráció: The inspiration for this project was above all the challenge of designing a different industry with local characteristics.
Materials such as stone from the region, glass and steel were explored.
The landscape was very important in defining the project as it allowed a lot of transparency between the interior and the exterior.
Light has also always been an inspiration for there to be light, especially in the production area.
Projekt időtartama: Bradco started in 2019 and ended in 2020
Működési folyamat: Brasport is in charge of several production sites and each year manufactures more than two million watch straps and leather goods for all market segments. It is also able to provide after-sales services on behalf of its customers, working directly with its branches and stores. The key, as with each of their collaborations, is a design tailored to meet specific needs that further the values of each partner.
