About 210 Bloor Többlakásos Lakóház
A 210 Bloor egy 29 emeletes, vegyes funkciójú épület, amely 42 lakóegységnek, 126 m2 kereskedelmi területnek és 3 szintű mélygarázsnak ad otthont. A fejlesztés eredményeként 15 589 m2 bruttó hasznos alapterület jön létre, a telek területének 20-szoros beépítési sűrűségével. A terv tükörüvegből készült, háromszög alakú tesszellált geometriai mintát tartalmaz a keleti és nyugati homlokzatokon, amelyek pontosan a telekhatárig húzódnak. A hatszögletű panelek tükröződő felülete a visszavert fény és formák vásznát alkotja.

- Unique Properties
- 210 Bloor is a 29-storey mixed-use building home to 42 residential units, 126m2 of retail space and 3 levels of below-grade parking. The development will result in a gross floor area of 15,589m2 with an overall density of 20 times the area of the lot. The design features a mirrored glass triangular tessellated geometric pattern on the east and west facades, which are designed right to the property line. The mirrored finish of the hexagonal panels creates a canvas of reflected light and forms.

- Inspiration
- Along with the challenge of intensifying these lots is the growing demand for boutique residential condominiums. These new buildings are typically designed with one or two units per floor, assuring a high level of privacy and autonomy, similar to a house. This emerging urban typology has been taken up in North American cities, including New York and Vancouver, where the various monikers for these buildings include the super-skinny and pencil tower.
